Dear Supporter,

Fox Valley Lutheran High School's FoxFest Annual Dinner Auction has been canceled and will be an online only auction event this year.

Please feel free to register for FREE as our guest this year.  Once registered with an email and/or cell number, you will receive a personalized link for you to use for your bidding. Please consider registering your credit/debit card during the registration process to help us serve you in our efforts to fight against the COVID 19 virus.  FVL is asking that all interested bidders save their payment information during the registration process so that our volunteers will NOT need to collect payment on pick up day. Only winning bidders will be charged for packages won from the event. IF no purchase is made, no charge will occur.

The online auction will run in PREVIEW mode from March 30th - April 24th, where all registered bidders can view all auction items in advance. At 4 p.m. (CST) on Friday, April 24th, the online auction will go into LIVE auction mode.  Bidding will run from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.  https://fvlhsfoxfest2020.ggo.bid/bidding/package-browse

Auction package pick up will be held at FVL on Saturday, April 25th from 8 a.m. - Noon. Please drive around to the north side school entrance (soccer field entrance) and pull along the curb near the Commons entrance. FVL is asking that all pick up participants stay in their vehicles. All packages will be delivered to you at your car.  Supporters will be asked their name and/or bidder number to confirm order and volunteers will help assist with loading items into vehicles. If you are unable to pick up your package(s) on Saturday, April 25th, please email Megan Beyer at mbeyer@fvlhs.org to make other arrangements for pick up.
